Access
QuollVault separates Workspace membership from scoped capabilities.
- Account Admin manages Workspace people, plan requests and Workspace-level administration.
- Member is the base Workspace role.
- App Manager is granted at Project or App scope and manages builds/access within that scope.
- Build Tester is granted at Project, App or Build scope and can access ready builds covered by that grant.
- Superadmin is an internal operator role, not a customer Workspace role and not an impersonation mechanism.
Invitations are email-bound, expire after 14 days and are accepted only by the matching verified account. Automation Tokens are separately scoped and never expand beyond current server-side authority.
