Share and install a build ​

Use a Share Link when a ready Build must be available without Workspace membership.

Prerequisites ​

You must be an Account Admin or current App Manager for the Build.

Steps ​

  1. Open the ready Build in QuollVault.
  2. Create a Share Link.
  3. Copy the generated URL once and send it only to the intended recipient.
  4. Revoke the link when access is no longer needed.

Expected result ​

The link remains valid for at most seven days unless revoked earlier. QuollVault stores only the secret hash.

APK: download/install. AAB: download only. IPA: over-the-air install only when current installability is eligible; otherwise download/use another distribution path.

Common failures ​

  • revoked/expired/invalid link: create a new link if still authorized;
  • active Share Link cap reached: revoke an old link first;
  • iOS install unavailable: inspect installability.
